Keri was a breath of fresh air when she listed my house, I had it listed for 6 months prior however I didn’t feel the energy or the attention that I needed to get my house marketed and sold until Keri did her magic. My house was completely empty so some potential buyers couldn’t visualize how the house could look. Keri had her photographer place furniture in the house vertually, I was dreading the idea of paying for staging the house, I had never thought of this idea which I believed helped in the sale of my house. I would recommend Keri Schaeffer to anyone looking for a real estate professional.

We had an amazing experience working with Keri and feel extremely blessed to have found her! She takes "professionalism" to another level with her willingness to go the extra mile. She always responded quickly when we needed answers or clarification. Not being from the area, her referrals were just as professional and thorough as she was throughout the entirety of our purchase. Keri is an outstanding realtor I have worked with. I am in real estate, but and sell homes regularly. Keri has been very timely, provided all the information I needed, was patient, and cordial and all in all the experience is excellent for me and my wife. Sh is knowledgeable about the town, and pointed pros and cons in an even-keel manner that helped me to consider opportunities with best information.
